 It is necessary to conduct an examination or evaluation of the current condition or complaint prior to any medical treatment plan and assure you a safe and effective outcome for your healing progress.  

Exam / Evaluation fee $50-150 depending on time spent with patient

Fee is for all new patients and established patients with a new presenting condition that is different from their initial complaint.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)  is a complete medical system  incorporating common medical or health concepts that has been developed  in China for more than 3,000 years.

It is a complete medical system, which has a coherent  understanding of the human body, its function and dysfunctions. It has  been created from the observation of nature and the experience of many  generations of doctors and scholars.

Traditional Chinese Medicine embodies a fundamental theory that  explains how a human body works in relation with the anatomy,  physiology, and psychology or mind, body, spirit.  

It has a  highly developed diagnostic system that is based on the fundamental  principle that signs and symptoms reflect the condition of the internal organs. 

The four pillars (principles) of TCM  diagnosis includes:   

• Observation: hair, skin, nails, ear and tongue
• Listening / Smelling:  voice, breathing, hearing, digestion, Odors
• Questioning:  current and past health history, signs and symptoms
•  Palpation:  skin, muscles, temperature, feeling or palpating the area of discomfort, channels, acupuncture points and especially the pulse

Consultation vary between 10-20 minutes depending on concern.

We'll begin by doing a complete detailed health evaluation that will encompass everything from energy levels, your pulse, skin  color, tongue, nails, hair, scalp. 

This is the most important process to formulate a diagnosis and address the pattern of disharmony causing the disease or current condition and assure you a safe and effective outcome for your healing progress.
